Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization and automation. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve system and user issues by applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Standards Development: Contribute to the establishment of Workday standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Accounts Payable. In-depth knowledge of Workday configuration, testing, and deployment methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong understanding of business processes and financial operations. Experience with change management initiatives and the ability to drive adoption of new systems. Preferred Qualifications: Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Finance Foundation, Workday Finance Advanced). Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Financial Management). Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
