Essential Functions Configure, deploy, monitor and maintain new server infrastructure (hardware and software, physical and virtual) Configure, deploy and monitor enterprise backup systems Active Directory (AD) design and configuration: Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Security Groups, Domain Controllers (DCs), Domain Trusts, etc. Install, configure and upgrade: network printing, directory structures, access rights, etc. When escalation necessary, assist in troubleshooting complex end-user issues with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications Participate in security audits and manage ZOLLs back-office systems in accordance with regulatory requirements Position will offer career-benefitting exposure to a wide range of IT support activities.
