You will work collaboratively to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve taking complex requirements and translating them into user-friendly designs that align with our company's brand and strategic goals. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for the mPerks platform. Create and iterate on user flows, screen layouts, and interactive elements to ensure a seamless user experience. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, presenting your work and incorporating feedback from team members. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet quality standards.
