This group has initiatives this year to leverage the latest technology, including AI, to drive user engagement and increase client productivity within their platforms. This person will work closely with end users and clients to understand their needs and challenges to enhance their products. REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for software development projects in an Enterprise, Agile environment. 3+ years of experience supporting consumer facing products working on B2C solutions in a Human Capital Management (HCM) or financial environment. Extensive experience gathering and delivering product roadmaps & requirements (writing Epics, user stories, etc.) Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross functionally with UX teams and Product Development teams to build prototypes.
