Proven experience (3 to 6 years) in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise content management solutions using IBM FileNet. Strong proficiency in FileNet P8 architecture, components, APIs, and tools. Hands-on experience with FileNet development tools, such as Content Navigator, Process Designer, and FileNet Deployment Manager. Knowledge of ECM standards and protocols, including CMIS, WebDAV, and LDAP. Familiarity with database management systems, particularly IBM DB2. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
