Job Title: Product Manager Job Location: Tyson, VA (Onsite) Type of Hire: Contract Note- 5+ Years Banking domain experience is mandatory. JD: The BA Domain SME is responsible for the ensuring required functionality build by the delivery team. working closely with all different streams and their stakeholders (business, IT, management, development, QA) to ensure right platform is built for Penfed. The Domain SME is expected to: Work closely with the onshore and offshore team to ensure delivery team understands the overall workstream functionality and individual business capability. Have overall ownership of offshore functional needs. Train the team on domain, business, upstream downstream impact. Review the build demo and provide required inputs as per the stories. Review the test cases from functional standpoint. Act as a leader within the company Requirements: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience as SME in Banking Functional background, with knowledge/experience in consumer banking deposits, loans, cards, mortgages and payments Excellent teamwork skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Detailed JD: Must have a minimum of 15+ years of experience with strong cross functional knowledge and with a range of external stakeholders and customers Follow New Business Initiative and Product Management Procedures for formal approvals and risk assessments Analyze product concepts and develop specific guidelines and obtain written approvals Determine all impacts of a new or changing product across all functional areas Evaluate options and determine best approach for each IT system Build business requirement documents based on design concept and detail the requirements for business and systems Create project plan to address all implementation tasks from inception through final delivery identifying all potential issues and driving to resolution Determine any operational, legal, compliance, pricing, delivery or other risks that must be addressed and interface with the necessary parties to ensure acceptable solutions.
