| From: sreekanth, 3ktechnologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi ALL, Job Title: Project Manager Location: Tallahassee, FL(From Dayone onsite) Duration: Long Term Description: 6.0 SCOPE OF WORK 6.1 Project Management Plan 6.1.1 Within five (5) Business Days of PO issuance, the Project Manager shall meet with the Departments Contract Manager to discuss the Project Management Plan and Project Schedule. 6.1.2 Project Management Plan The Project Management Plan shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a. A detailed description of how the Project Manager plans to execute the services described in this RFQ. b. The description must include methodologies, strategies, standards, and approaches for executing each activity within the Scope of Work. c. A description of the deliverables the Contractor will produce as a result of the activities. 6.1.3 Project Schedule The Project Schedule shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a. A schedule of project activities for the Project, including associated due dates. b. The Project Schedule shall be maintained and modified as mutually agreed upon throughout the term of the resultant PO. 6.1.4 The Project Management Plan and Project Schedule shall be final within fifteen (15) Business Days of PO issuance. 6.2 The Project Manager shall, but not be limited to, the following: 6.2.1 Work with the Contract and Project Management Office (CPMO) and BPS to provide support to the Departments 911 functions. 6.2.2 Act as the Project Manager on the Next Generation 911 (NG-911) call routing project, overseeing the statewide transition, and ensuring timely implementation of NG-911 across all 67 counties. 6.2.3 Coordinate with counties and NGCS providers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems, and that each county has the necessary resources, training, and support for a successful transition. RFQ No. DMS-24/25-200 Page 5 of 29 911 Special Projects 6.2.4 Monitor and report on the progress of NG-911 implementation, identifying and addressing any obstacles to ensure adherence to the plan and project timelines. 6.2.5 Attend all ECB meetings and provide support to the BPS staff with the information requested for the meetings. 6.2.6 Provide support for all internal NG-911 meetings as well as county and regional 911 meetings. 6.2.7 Maintain a high standard of knowledge regarding current NG-911 efforts in the state and nationwide. 6.2.8 Work with the State of Florida counties and regions to support their NG- 911 implementation, offering technical assistance and guidance to ensure compliance with the plan. 6.2.9 Assist both CPMO and BPS in writing and coordinating the production of necessary reports and plans. 6.2.10 Attend and present at executive team briefings as necessary, providing updates on the progress of NG-911 implementation and any challenges encountered. 6.2.11 Provide support to both CPMO and the BPS on other 911-related tasks, as directed.
