From: Ekta Chaudhary, Epeople Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Responsibilities: Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams, including technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance Assist the MCD Program Managers to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers Help manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations / solutions Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices Assist with producing monthly SLA reports for customers using various tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint Requirements: Bachelors Degree plus ten (10) years of experience or Masters Degree, plus five (5) years of experience. Minimum five (5) years of Analytical and Technical Project/Program management experience Two (2) plus years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience Two (2) plus years of experience within a SAP environment Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills including Excel A high standard for work ethic and quality is required Experience working with highly technical teams Strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project is required Experience with ServiceNow is preferred Other Requirements: Clear understanding of business process requirements as well as cloud technical requirements for SaaS technologies Strong analytical as well as organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to manage and shift priorities quickly and effectively when needed.
