Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: SAP Security Consultant Location: Kingstown, VA (Onsite) Visa: USC/GC Duration: 6+ Months Job Description Responsibilities: Perform application security risk analyses and assessments. Establish information assurance and security requirements based on user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands. Support customers in the development and implementation of security policies. Analyze, design, and develop security features for system architectures. Perform Central User Administration (CUA) using the SAP Central User Administration toolset and configuration. Create and maintain user/role/profile management for development and production environments. Design, develop, and deliver information security policies across the organization. Develop and implement SAP Security strategies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Coordinate multiple SAP Security full life cycle implementations from preparation to go-live and operation. Interpret ABAP code to identify authorization requirements. Manage users and authorization assignments across SAP and supporting systems. Provide user support and troubleshoot security-related issues. Maintain operational and technical documentation of security processes. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance security and user experience. Stay current with the latest SAP developments and security technologies to recommend and implement best practices. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management illustrating the effectiveness of security strategies post-implementation. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets related to SAP Security implementations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Extensive experience with SAP Security solutions, including ECC, BW, BI/BOBJ, CAMS, GRC, SCM, Sol Man, and PI. Proven experience in deploying new SAP Security solutions, including system startup, configuration, and upgrades. Experience in coordinating multiple SAP Security full life cycle implementations. Ability to interpret ABAP code to identify authorization requirements. Proven experience in managing users and authorization assignments across SAP and supporting systems. Extensive knowledge of SAP Security-related tables and programs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex scenarios under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders. Active Secret Security Clearance is required. CompTIA Security+ Certification is required.
