| From: UTTAM BARMAN, SONITALENTCORP [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Role: Project Manager Duration: 6 months+ Location: 4 days onsite in Missouri Hybrid Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD Client: Confidential Job Responsibilities: Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors Acts as advisor to management and key external stakeholders on projects Applies technical expertise to lead a wide array of activities associated with planning and managing complex technology projects. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Manages and oversees project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, and other project documentation preparation and turnover to production for complex technology projects. Prefer Business knowledge: Knowledge of Asset Management, FinTech, Financial industry. Understands and makes decisions that are cognizant of the firms broader business strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
