Identify and document requirements for system changes in the claims benefits system. Conduct claims testing and validate system enhancements. Implement system changes. Strong background in medical and facility claims, understanding of billing processes, ICD codes, procedure codes, and diagnosis codes. Strong knowledge of medical claims benefits processing. Detailed knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing benefits. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in related field Excellent analytical and organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc.) NASCO 3270 Mainframe experience. Experience with membership/eligibility. BFM/BFAST benefit configuration experience analysis, testing, configuration, documentation and all quality processes.
