The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our IT systems, ensuring they meet business needs and efficiency standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent technical skills and a proactive approach to systems engineering.Primary Responsibilities: Manage and support the organization's O365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Administer and optimize Azure cloud services and infrastructure. Maintain and enhance Active Directory structures, ensuring secure and efficient access control. Design and implement network solutions, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi. Configure and document Cloud and SaaS application integrations and management. Provide advanced Windows 10 desktop support, resolving hardware and software issues. Contribute to developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and documentation related to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the latest industry standards and security policies. Support conferencing technology such as Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and Teams Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to streamline operations and support strategic initiatives.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support role with a strong focus on O365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, cloud and SaaS, and Windows 10 Desktop support. Proficient in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and cloud computing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Information Security solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to respond to urgent requests and live troubleshoot.
