Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; solving development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools and is a very good Great teammate, able to converse and share knowledge with peers. Experience in working with Agile methodologies Possesses excellent Software Development experience. Thorough knowledge of Java, SpringBootThrough knowledge of Experience with Relational Databases, SQL, PL/SQL and ORM technologies Experience in Cloud native development using AWS Lambda, ECS, Event Handlers, SQS and AWS API Gateway Experience in Terraform scripting (Infrascture as Code) Nice to have skill on Dockers. Experience in CI/CD using GitHub, Jenkins.Qualifications Senior Software Engineer Thorough knowledge of Java, SpringBoot Experience in Cloud native development using AWS Lambda, ECS, Event Handlers, SQS and AWS API Gateway Experience in Terraform scripting (Infrascture as Code) Nice to have skill on Dockers. The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 $131,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant s applicable plans.
