Systems Administrator/Analyst(Jr. Consultants) Location: Any operating locations including Salisbury, Greenville, Quincy, Scarborough, Chicago, Hannaford. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office. Interview Method: Skype Experience: Minimum 2 years Shift: 1st shift, 8 hours (flexible start time, EDT) Occasional overnight patches Responsibilities: Perform the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks and computer systems. Set up user accounts on the organizations servers. Run necessary system backups. Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems on local area networks (LAN) and data networks. Perform some programming and may be responsible for script writing. Work closely with a scrum team to execute patch installations and updates across various operating systems. Participate in daily standups and knowledge exchange with team members. Ability to pivot and change priorities as needed. Qualifications: Proficiency in SQL, Operating Systems (Windows, Unix). Experience with NCR AMS (Advanced Marketing System) or Loyalty systems. Knowledge of PostgreSQL. Familiarity with the Scrum process and being a team player. Strong collaboration skills and ability to exchange knowledge in daily standups. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Additional Information: This role is budgeted through the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. A 10-week on-call cycle will be implemented once trained, which may include setting up users and resolving access issues. Additional support will be available for production issues during on-call periods.
