You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the successful implementation and utilization of analytics solutions built on the Reltio platform. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking technical support related to analytics on the Reltio MDM Platform. Collaborate with clients to understand their analytics requirements and provide guidance on leveraging Reltio's capabilities to meet their needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytics configuration, data integration, data modeling, and reporting on the Reltio platform. Assist clients in optimizing the performance of their analytics solutions, including query performance tuning, data caching strategies, and indexing. Work closely with Reltio's product development and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Provide training and documentation to clients on best practices for analytics implementation and usage on the Reltio platform. Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Reltio's analytics capabilities and communicate these updates to clients. Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value of analytics solutions built on the Reltio platform Qualifications: Proven experience (10 years) working with Reltio's MDM Platform, with a focus on analytics and reporting functionalities. Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, including data visualization, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools. Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical query languages (e.g., SQL, MDX, DAX) for data manipulation and analysis. Experience in building and optimizing analytics solutions using Reltio's platform or similar cloud-based MDM platforms. Familiarity with data integration technologies and techniques, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to analytics solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or retail industries is a plus. Relevant certifications in analytics, data management, or related technologies are desirable.
