Client: M&T Bank Job #: 1680 Job Title: SW Engineer II (MF/Cobol Designer/Programmer) Location: Remote (EST or CST open to working EST only) Duration: 12+ Month Contract Rate: $60-62/hrly max on W2 Note: No visa sponsorship/transfer - must be USC, Perm Resident GC Holder, GC EAD, H4 EAD (must be valid for the next 2+ yrs.) JD/REQUIRED SKILLS: Senior level hands-on lead MF/Cobol designer/programmer to support a Loan Servicing Platform (Shaw Vendor). Must have proven ability to technically lead complex design and build within the traditional IBM Mainframe environment. Should include experience with modern IBM z development platform including: IDz, zDIH, ADDI, DBB and z/OS Connect. Strong preference to also include working knowledge of Gitlab, Sonar and automated testing. Should have demonstrated experience in Agile environments, work seamlessly with remote teams, and have proficient writing skills.
