We have urgent opening for Technical Product Owner with Data warehouse (Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) NEED LOCAL Job Title : Technical Product Owner with Data warehouse Location- Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid (2-3 days in a week Face to Face Interview Exp- 15+Years Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Product Owner to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and product management experience. The Technical Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the product backlog and priorities. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and release. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Ensure the product meets quality standards and customer expectations through regular testing and feedback loops. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Experience: 7-8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in a technical product owner role. Proven experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile methodologies. Experience in the financial services or credit reporting industry is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Proficiency in agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle. Experience with APIs, data integration, and cloud technologies. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset. Ability to analyze market trends, user feedback, and other data to make informed product decisions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience presenting to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. oExperience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification. Experience with product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations relevant to the financial services industry.
