| SAP FM Consultant Hybrid at AR State government and/or Public Sector experience SAP Skills: Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Funds Management (FM) implementation and support. Strong expertise in SAP FM module and its integration with other SAP modules. Proven track record of leading successful SAP Funds Management projects from inception to completion. At least five full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live). At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation. Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology. Must have the ability to understand existing blueprints and requirements documents. Must have excellent specification writing skills. Must have the ability to recognize when reporting requirements overlap within a subject matter for the purposes of report consolidation. Experience writing Reporting Functional Specifications with Public Sector clients. Be able to perform under pressure and a fast-paced project. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
