Please find the requirement below , If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume and I will get back to you or I would really appreciate Role: Project Manager with EHR (Electronic Health Records) Location Austin, TX (Remote) Local to TX with DL Duration 6+ Months Visa USC/GC Role Description: The Project Manager will be working on an EHR (Electronic Health Records) project. Key Activities/Responsibilities: Duties will include the creation of all necessary project documentation such as business case workbooks, project charters and schedule, biennial operating plans and amendments. Requirements gathering, coordination, reporting, planning, researching, coordinating and evaluating project management implementation. Developing implementation plan, managing application/data migration efforts. Assuring the use of best practices and standards. Assisting in the coordination and optimization of client operations and program functions and providing recommendations. Act as liaison between business users and vendors to provide required information. Works under limited direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 9 years of experience in managing multiple projects. Experience in implementing EHR application or similar large application across large organizations. to include developing and managing project plans and documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans. Minimum of 9 years of knowledge of database like InterSystems Cach Database, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server. Skill in using MS Project, EXCEL, Word, Visio, Jira and other project management tools. Minimum of 9 years of ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems and prioritize information and issues. Minimum of 9 years of skill in effectively mapping business processes and identifying process improvements and skilled in planning and facilitating meetings and group problem solving. Minimum of 9 years of experience in an EHR application domain, application migration, workflow analysis, design, development of SDLC artifacts, support using software engineering practices. Minimum of 9 years of experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors, vendors and stakeholders. Must possess strong communication, presentation skills and strong teamwork skills. Minimum of 9 years of ability to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conduct regular project team status meetings. Minimum of 9 years of experience in communicating with all stakeholders, vendors, staff, team and leadership on day-to-day activities and also facilitate ownership and understand of project goals and objectives. Minimum of 9 years of responsibility for day-to-day operational management of all activities and function in area including building implementing, monitoring data, migration, program budget efforts--providing technical advice and/or oversight to staff. Minimum of 9 years of strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration among team members. Minimum of 9 years of experience providing regular updates on the migration progress to all project stakeholders including immediate managers, leadership, system analysts. Use ticketing systems for information sharing and problem resolution. Minimum of 9 years of experience in managing application migration, data mapping, data cleaning efforts. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations. Experience with agency Federal State processes and documentation, project documentation such as business case workbooks and project charters. PMP certification.
