Role: Peoplesoft CRM consultant Location: Los Angeles, CA (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Design, develop, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Customize and enhance PeopleSoft CRM modules including Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Perform system configurations, modifications, and upgrades. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft CRM applications. Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Ensure compliance with established best practices and standards. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft CRM Technical Consultant or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft CRM architecture, tools, and technologies. Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for database queries and performance tuning. Experience with XML, SOAP, REST, and other web service protocols. Familiarity with PeopleSoft security and workflow. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
