Manage LLM related configuration, including prompt templates. Manage service account and application groups/roles. Create service dashboard with telemetric to monitor traffic and user volume per service and locations. Monitor system load, LLM load, user failure calls and user complaint feedback. Setup abnormal traffic alert, trigger alarm or notification to management group. Contact with Glean support to resolve detected incident. Prepare and execute Change Request for configuration change. Test and Deploy new API services. Manage Pacbot security requests, defer infrastructure issues managed by Glean, resolve the remaining items Remarks: . .
