| From: Lokesh Shiv, Paramount Software Solutions Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] IT Business Analyst (No H1b's) Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite, Locals preferred) Duration: 12+ months Job Description: Service provider shall provide experienced, highly skilled IT Business Analysts that will meet the following objectives and responsibilities: Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the technical teams and the Project Manager to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities. Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications. Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation. Participate in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing, Support Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, Issue Resolution and Report Generation to ensure that all aspects of a project are in compliance with the Business Requirements. Perform research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical projects. Identify process improvement opportunities. Develop business process models and documentation. Service provider shall ensure that IT Business Analysts assigned to any County project pursuant to this request for proposal have the relevant, demonstrated skills and expertise to provide such project support services, including without limitation the following skills and expertise: Bachelors degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst. Advanced skills in MS Tools- Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook. 5+ years of customer interfacing experience project oversight, customer presentation. An overall general understanding of large IT operating environments, Change Control, Desktop Support, Service Desks, Application Development, Release Management, Networks, Storage, Data Centers. Expert skills in process mapping, requirements definition, design documentation and system implementation including using JIRA, Visio, and Adobe. Highly skilled in of development and management of Features, EPICS, User Stories, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos for Agile development projects.
