You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in NetSuite configuration, customization, integration, and development. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement end-to-end NetSuite solutions that align with business objectives and best practices. Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite developers and administrators. Gather and analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and provide effort estimates. Customize and configure NetSuite to enhance functionality and meet specific business needs. Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other applications/systems. Provide technical guidance and support during system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of NetSuite solutions. Stay updated on NetSuite product updates, new features, and industry best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (10 years) as a NetSuite Developer or Architect, with deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP functionalities. Strong understanding of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. Hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and other integration tools. Ability to lead and mentor a team, providing technical guidance and support. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
