Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and map Business Services accurately using ServiceNow. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Mapping, working closely with IT operations and support teams. Continuously improve and optimize Service Mapping processes, staying current with industry best practices and new features in ServiceNow. Engage with external vendors and ServiceNow partners to implement advanced mapping solutions. Create and maintain documentation for Service Mapping processes, configurations, and customizations. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development. Proven experience in Service Mapping within ServiceNow, including configuration and troubleshooting. Extensive experience working on Business Services mapping for large enterprise clients. Demonstrated experience handling large volumes of data and services in ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and data models. Experience with scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and JSON. Certifications MUST : ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping (Required) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ITIL Foundation Certification Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in creating technical documentation and training materials. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow. Preferred Experience: Experience with other ServiceNow modules like ITOM, Discovery, and Event Management. Background in working with global enterprise clients across diverse industries. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
