Job Title : SAP MM Lead Client: Confidential Contract: Long Term Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite once/2week) Experience Required: 15+ years Communication Skills: Excellent Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Lead with over 15 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP MM implementation, configuration, and support, and will be responsible for leading the MM module efforts in a long-term contract with our confidential client. The role requires the candidate to be onsite in Omaha, NE, once a week to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP MM Projects: Oversee and manage all aspects of SAP MM module projects, from planning and design to implementation and ongoing support. System Configuration: Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Integration Management: Coordinate with other SAP module leads to ensure seamless integration and data flow between MM and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, FI/CO). Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best practices and system improvements. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to use the SAP MM module effectively. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and any changes made. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SAP MM module in a timely manner. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all SAP MM configurations and processes adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills and Experience: SAP MM Expertise: Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Materials Management, including hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP MM projects from inception to completion, specifically in Brownfield Implementation for a construction company. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SAP MM module functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, material master, and logistics invoice verification. Integration Knowledge: Strong knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, FI/CO) and third-party systems. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
