Functional Technical Job Description Good understanding on SCM modules functional areas to provide support with Business & Client requirements understanding , recommendation for Solution approach & Documentation of Detail Design framework Should have excellent understanding on Production Support process (triaging of issues, Root Cause Analysis of issues) and SDLC process Business Requirement Documentation Liaison with Other teams Co- ordination with Offshore Teams Client facing, Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design Take lead on the Business/solution discussions, Milestone Testing. Should be knowledgeable enough to manage Client/Business discussion, Testing alone on need basis Cutover, Conversions, Go Live and Production Support Able to visualize the dependencies and identify risk and be able to identify the mitigation actions. Able to manage SIT/UAT Testing, Business Training & Testing support Technical Design, Coding, unit testing, E2E as per requirements Code review with Technical Lead and DBA team. Prepare Migration documents and code migration Support. Fix the incidents reported/work on enhancements, Code migration to higher instances Help with Dry Runs & instance preparation activities to facilitate testing. Help with retest Should have excellent understanding on Production Support process (triaging of issues, Root Cause Analysis of issues) and SDLC process Must Have Skills For SCM - Good knowledge of SCM modules (OM/INV/PO/MFG/Planning) Support Focused: Knowledge of support tools like ServiceNow is a must. Support Focused: Willing to work in Support project. Support Focused: Willing to work in Shifts on need to basis Able to triage production issues and perform root cause analysis. Effective Communication and consulting skills Oracle EBS Apps Technical Web ADI, Workflow, Reports, Forms and extension development PL/SQL , Adv PL/SQL, XML Publisher Mobile Forms Development Support Focused: Knowledge of support tools like ServiceNow is a must Support Focused: Willing to work in Support project.
