Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement enhancements. Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Cloud Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and their application to Peoplesoft environments. Required Skills and Qualifications: Peoplesoft Expertise: Proven experience in Peoplesoft CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
