Peoplesoft Technical LeadLocation: Newport Coast, CA

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance for the Peoplesoft CRM application, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design and develop effective technical solutions, and oversee their implementation.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth.
Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within the Peoplesoft CRM environment.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement enhancements.
Project Management: Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Cloud Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and their application to Peoplesoft environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Peoplesoft Expertise: Proven experience in Peoplesoft CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing concepts and their impact on Peoplesoft applications.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Peoplesoft development and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Peoplesoft upgrades and implementations.
Knowledge of industry-standard development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Certifications in Peoplesoft or related technologies.
