Develop specifications, user guides, installation instruction, troubleshooting procedures and training materials as needed Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related technical field 5+ years programing in C++/C# within an Agile development environment Experience working with the OSI model with focus on layer 3 and above Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols Experience working with IP Multicast technologies.
