Manage an ITAM System for Tracking and reporting. Workflow and Process Documentation Create detailed workflows and process documentation. Work with business process owners to gather current processes and requirements. Asset Lifecycle Management Assist in deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets. Develop and provide guidance on implementing lifecycle policies and procedures. Compliance and Risk Management Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/nature of work 1. Good written and communication skills. 2. Experience in creating workflows and process documentation. 3. Experience with working with Business process owners to gather current processes and requirements. 4. 5 years experience in Hardware and Software asset management lifecycle management. 5. Experience in ITSM tool, preferably ServiceNow knowledge. 6. Knowledge is writing stories for ServiceNow development requirements would be a plus.
