The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier lifecycle and performance management, as well as integration leadership experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Ariba SLP and the ability to manage and lead integration projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: Integration Leadership: Lead the integration of SAP Ariba SLP with various risk platforms, including Archer and Prevalent TRM systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow. Develop and implement integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful integration projects. Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management: Utilize SAP Ariba SLP to manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance monitoring. Implement best practices for supplier lifecycle management and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Risk Management: Integrate risk management platforms (Archer, Prevalent TRM) with SAP Ariba SLP to enhance supplier risk assessment and mitigation. Monitor and analyze supplier risk data, providing insights and recommendations for risk mitigation. Work closely with risk management teams to develop and enforce risk management policies. Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance on SAP Ariba SLP integration projects. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in SAP Ariba SLP and related technologies. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on integration projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of integrated systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in SAP Ariba SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance) integration. Extensive experience with risk platforms such as Archer and Prevalent TRM systems. Previous experience in an integration lead role, managing complex integration projects. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba SLP and its integration capabilities. Strong understanding of risk management platforms (Archer, Prevalent TRM) and their integration with SAP Ariba. Proficiency in data integration tools and techniques. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver integration projects on time and within budget. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP Ariba and risk management platforms are a plus.
