Job Requirements Will be responsible to communicate and coordinate between the different teams performing AD activities Build consensus during the daily scrums about the delivery Conduct daily scrum meetings Remove any impediments and help communication between the moving parts of the project(s) Work closely with the Delivery Managers and Tech leads on a daily basis Liaison with Business SMEs for overall solution development, identify dependencies and resolve contingencies / issues, as necessary and appropriate Coach and mentor team(s) as needed and ensure adoption of Agile principles Responsible for Project Execution and leadership Responsible for project plan, manage project schedule and track milestones Ensure on-time deliverables and adherence to project plan Coordinate with TD PM for any issue/ escalation, deliverables Participate in product demos & requirement workshops and define processes and requirements and in Conference Room Pilot sessions and provide feedback Coordinate sign off from users on Cognizant deliverables Responsible for planning and availability of application infrastructure Work in Co-ordination with Technical Lead for overall solution and oversee design and build activities Finalize integration strategy, Inform TD teams about integration needs for development, testing and Go Live.
