Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies documents reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Core Requirements: 9-12 years of experience Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field Experience with deploying and maintaining software products in a cloud environment DevOps experience Team leadership Good communication skills Nice-to-Have: Appian Platform experience Bilingual Spanish/English is always a plus!
