| We are looking for PeopleSoft HCM/ERP Application Developer at Remote H4 EAD/L2 EAD/USC Only Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft HRMS solutions to support HR business processes. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements. Customize and configure PeopleSoft HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Talent Management. Develop and maintain PeopleSoft components such as Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker. Perform unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the PeopleSoft environment. Provide production support and ongoing maintenance of PeopleSoft HRMS applications. Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, patches, and new features, and recommend improvements. Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HRMS Developer. Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules and their functionalities. Strong proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL. Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Component Interfaces. Experience in PeopleSoft security and workflow administration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
