The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on inventory management and lab asset tracking. Responsibilities: Compare purchase orders with invoices and packing lists. Maintain demo and test inventory resources such as desktops, servers, laptops, etc. Process returns for items that are incorrect. Track all lab assets. Support lab consumable and capital ordering for all teams. Identify areas of improvement or risk regarding work tasks. Collaborate with the Supplier Lab Manager to review monthly performance indicators with Intel. Minimum Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in SCM inventory management. Strong skills in comparing purchase orders with invoices and packing lists. Proficiency in maintaining demo and test inventory resources. Experience in processing returns and tracking lab assets. Ability to support lab consumable and capital ordering. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify areas of improvement or risk. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and reviewing performance indicators. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with performance indicators and collaboration with Intel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
