This role involves analyzing and enhancing business workflows, creating process models, and ensuring process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and improve business processes and workflows. - Facilitate process modeling and automation. - Validate IT process designs and document new enhancements. - Review and ensure processes meet service levels. - Present findings using PowerPoint, Excel, or Visio. Qualifications: - Strong English communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. - Advanced knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML) and tools (Visio, Bizagi). - Experience with reporting tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau) is a plus. - Ability to work independently.
