The ideal candidate will have experience in building and troubleshooting hardware, with a specific focus on assembling and soldering platforms, as well as PCB reworking and lab equipment maintenance. Responsibilities: Assemble and solder platforms and test equipment. Assemble and disassemble laptops and small form factor devices for power-up and testing activities. Perform PCB reworking using soldering/desoldering equipment for various packaged devices, including BGAs. Utilize Allegro for PCB reworking. Install, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment. Minimum Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in hardware building and troubleshooting. Proficient in assembling and soldering platforms and test equipment. Experience in assembling and disassembling laptops and small form factor devices. Skilled in PCB reworking using soldering/desoldering equipment, including handling BGAs. Knowledge of lab equipment installations, calibration, and upkeep. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in using Allegro for PCB reworking. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
