Only: USC Position: Senior Scrum Master Location: Remote Duration: 3+ Months Job Description: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred. 12+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong background in software development. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices. Proven experience in leading multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) and reporting tools. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required; additional Agile certifications are a plus.
