| Hi , Title : UKG Pro WFM Test Lead Location; Remote (Camden, New Jersey, USA) $65/hr on C2C JD: The Test Lead will proactively and holistically lead and support all activities that guide the development and management of testing the UKG Pro WFM solution. UKG Pro WFM at Campbells will make use of various modules that include Attendance, Accruals, Analytics, Data Hub, basic and Advance Scheduling, interfaces that can be bi-direction or one way. This role will also be responsible for developing test scripts for the UKG application as well as ancillary systems such as Workday to include employee detail additionsupdates, payroll processing (pay calculations) and other ancillary applications. The Test Lead will need to have a keen grasp of business goals, objectives and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processespractices. This role will report to CSC Assoc Director of IT, WFM.Below further describes an Example of Scope including day-to-day activities and expectations. Test lead will then develop all test scripts based on the requirements by site and previously created test scenarios. o All steps required to test functionality will be detailed in scriptso Scripts should address any and all test scenarios previously developed as well as any new scenarios discovered during the project HR/Payroll, WFM team will review test scripts to ensure all items are properly captured and tested Test lead will train CSC testers on HP ALM to include the below. o How to access test scriptso How to perform test scriptso How to capture and store test scripts documentationo How to log defects on test scripts to include documentation of defect Ensure full detail of the defect is included Test lead will assign test scripts along with due dates with the assistance of site HR to the appropriate testers CSC testers will run test scripts and document success or log defect in HP ALM Test lead will be responsible for monitoring HP ALM for completions Test lead will engage WFM team, Project Genetics team, HR/Payroll for any necessary configuration or policy updates Test lead will then re-engage CSC testers to revalidate test cases logged as defects Site HR will own management of CSC testers to include management and scheduling of resources (ensuring availability of testers), ensuring due dates are met Below is a non-comprehensive list of scenarios the Test Lead should be able to create scripts for.Module Section TaskTimekeeping Employee Persona Clock punch Clock non punch tasks View own timecard Edit timecard as allowable Perform applicable Attestation tasks View accruals View schedule Request time off Cancel time off request Manager Persona Review landing page dashboard View assigned genies Verify employee list (employee group) Navigate to reports, schedule, etc from genie Perform allowable group edits (mass punch, approval) View/edit employee record View assigned profiles.
