Job Title: React Developer Location: : New York City, NY(Hybrid) Duration: 12+Months Any Visa Need Local Candidate (NY, NJ) Only with local DL Essential Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and maintain front-end applications using React for trade surveillance systems. Collaborate with compliance and supervision teams to enhance trade surveillance capabilities. Utilize SPARK and Apache Camel to build and manage data processing pipelines for monitoring trading activities. Ensure that developed systems are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. Analyse and interpret trading data to identify suspicious activities and potential regulatory issues. Work closely with backend developers, data scientists, and business analysts to integrate front-end components with backend services. Continuously improve the user experience of the compliance systems through innovative and responsive design. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance systems are up-to-date. Essential Requirements : 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React and front-end technologies. Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices. Experience with SPARK and Apache Camel for data processing and integration. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Understanding of front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, etc. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. Deep understanding of the financial services domain, specifically in Equities and OTC markets. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to trade surveillance. Experience with surveillance systems and tools used in the financial industry. Preferred Skills : Experience with other compliance solutions or platforms in the Financial Services domain.
