Solid Understanding of Web applications, cloud-managed services, service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions, microservices, containers, API development and managed databases Hands-on experience designing and developing new features Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Service Now, ITIL tools and process framework Experience presenting and interacting with CXO Level executives Responsibilities Design, customize, and implement IT solutions for wholesale brokerage platforms within the organization. Maintains familiarity with new development tools and techniques for systems analysis, design, and development. Develop and review solution architecture, design and code. Ability to review and rationally analyze requirements in a timely manner. Research and propose solutions for cloud data transformation, data connections, operational frameworks, and application integration. Work closely with lead architects and engineers to create and maintain architectural templates and build/operational documents. Work with DevOps and engineering teams to develop service catalogs. Lead a large team of Developers, Senior Developers, Tech Leads across various Tech stack. Develop an understanding of existing client IT applications while actively searching for improvement areas. Streamline workflows and process optimization by implementing inventive technical solutions. Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs. Deep hands-on experience with multiple development approaches, pattern and architecture means to implement solution. Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems. Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns. Evaluate existing tech stack and emerging technologies on a regular basis. Develop and implement ways to move applications and workloads to the cloud and modernize applications. Enhance cloud capability by creating and implementing cloud application patterns. Lead and guide development & support teams. Mentor team members. Technical/ functional guidance on the app Orchestrate work prioritization, scheduling and allocation for the rest of the Service Provider team.
