Good knowledge on TCA Architecture, Customer, Supplier Interface Good knowledge on Install Base Analyse and debug technical issues based on Oracle Forms, Reports and PL/SQL. Troubleshoot and resolve tickets. Provide solution to customer issues via tickets tracking system. Should be able to develop and support BI Publisher/XML Reports. Proficiency in PL*SQL, Procedure, Packages and Functions. Good Knowledge, experience with HOST scripting, SQL*Loader, Interfaces & Conversions.
