Position: Proposal Coordinator Location: Reston, VA (Onsite 3-4 days per week; occasional weekends based on deadlines) Duration: 6-12Months Visa: NO H1B/CPT Interview: Phone/Skype/Teams Job Description: Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) Required Job Duties: Coordinate and manage proposal development activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with requirements. Work closely with technical writers and engineers to support proposal content creation and refinement. Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal status updates and communications. Identify and escalate red flags in the proposal process to ensure compliance and quality. Assist in desktop publishing and formatting of proposal documents using ETP and MS Suite. Support project coordination activities as needed. Essential Skills: Proven experience with desktop publishing tools. Proficiency in ETP and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Nice to Have Knowledge: Familiarity with software development and system integrations. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience in identifying red flags in the proposal process.
