Role is responsible for ensuring stability, security, and dependability of the database, and enforcing all processes and best practices. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Required: 20 Years Experience Database administrator on an enterprise scale database. Preferred: 5 Years Experience Experience on a cloud native database. Snowflake experience strongly preferred. 2 Years Experience with Public Health Data Experience with a Texas State Agency preferred. Experience with DSHS preferred. Experience interacting with end users preferred. 1 Year Experience integratating a cloud based database with a system for Single Sign on preferred. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
