Job title: Technical Solution Manager Duration: Long term Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid) Job Description: We are looking for a Technical solution manager with strong experience in managing the Enterprise data & Analytics applications, to lead and coordinate the implementation of Data & Analytics solutions. The Consultant will be responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and deliverables, as well as ensuring alignment with the clients business objectives and managing the stakeholders expectations. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, monitor, control projects using agile or waterfall methodologies as appropriate. Define and document the project objectives, scope, requirements, deliverables, and success criteria. Manage the project team, stakeholders, vendors, and resources to ensure effective collaboration, delivery ownership and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client needs and technical challenges Develop and present tailored technical solutions. Track and report on the project progress, status, performance, and issues using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues as needed. Design robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures. Ensure solutions align with industry standards and best practices. Manage the project change control process and ensure that any changes are approved and documented. Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards and comply with the clients policies and procedures. Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback and best practices for future projects. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field. Experience in the Pharma background is a great plus. At least 5 years of experience in managing and building solutions to Enterprise applications or similar data management initiatives. Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry. At least 2 + Years of experience providing or playing a solution Architect role for Data & Analytics area. 4+ years of experience on the Databricks, MS Azure platform, Architecting the solution, Design, Development and deployment planning. 2+ years of experience in implementing solutions leveraging Azure IaaS, PaaS. In depth knowledge on few of the key Azure services - VM, Storage, Azure SQL, VNet, Redis Cache, Resource Manager, Azure Diagnostics/ OMS, Traffic Manager, Azure CDN, Azure Notification Hubs, Azure Identity and Access Management, Infrastructure as Code etc. Sound understanding and expertise on Azure Synapse Analytics and implementation knowledge. Strong Expertise in working on Azure Databricks, must have implemented at least 2 programs. Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, principles, processes, tools, and best practices will be a great Plus. Experience in managing projects using agile or waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira, MS Project, etc. PMP, Scrum Certification or other relevant project management certification is a must.
