Proven experience (10 years) as a software engineer with Extensive experience in designing and building scalable web applications using React and related technologies (e.g., Redux, Next.js). Demonstrated experience (3 years) in a technical leadership role, managing a team of software engineers. Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA). Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to change. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Scrum Master certification).
