Job Title: Program Manager - Data/AI Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Duration: C2H About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI, along with expertise in Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage multiple data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Primary (Must have skills) Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success. Strategic Planning: Setting program objectives, defining project scopes, and aligning them with organizational goals. Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and executives. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Problem-Solving: Analyzing issues and finding effective solutions quickly. Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and project details. Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. Financial Acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources. Budget Management: Planning and managing project budgets to ensure financial resources are used effectively. Analytical Skills: Interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights. Experience Range Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on data and AI projects.Secondary Skills (Good To have) PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R). Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks.
