Please send your updated profile with contact details Title: Product Owner (ECM) Work Location: Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Top Skills: Hard Skills: PRODUCT owner experience, not a scrum master Understanding of content or document repository systems Jira, PowerPoint, confluence Soft Skills: Organization of matrix projects Ability to build consensus Problem solving/ ability to break down large concepts into deliverable units Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the enterprise document management platform, incorporating AI technologies to meet modern business needs. - Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancements. - Collaborate closely with the Director - Software Engineering (Document Management) to align technical development with product vision and customer requirements. - Define user personas and scenarios to guide feature design and development. - Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on value, complexity, and strategic importance. - Lead cross-functional teams through product development cycles, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of features. - Develop and implement an Enterprise roll-out and adoption strategy, working with Product and Technology teams across all Ally lines of business. - Measure and analyze product performance and user engagement to inform continuous improvement. - Provide training and support materials for internal stakeholders to aid in the adoption and effective use of the platform. - Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that user needs and feedback directly influence product development. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise software or document management fields. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. - Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics and data-driven decision making. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and leading scrum teams. - Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business solutions is a plus.
