Position: Sr. SharePoint Developer Location: Riverwoods, IL (Day 1 Hybrid Schedule - Onsite 2-3 times / week) NEED LOCAL only (NO REMOTE) About the Job Title: Sr. SharePoint Developer Location: Riverwoods, IL (Day 1 Hybrid Schedule - Onsite 2-3 times / week) Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead SharePoint development projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation 3. SharePoint Development: - Design, develop, and deploy complex custom SharePoint solutions, including: - Web parts - Workflows - Custom applications - Power automate flows 4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions 5. Develop and maintain SharePoint architecture diagrams and documentation 6. Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant SharePoint solutions 7. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices 8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs 9. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders 10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders 11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes Requirements: 1. Technical Skills: a. Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, APIs, and development frameworks b. Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SharePoint development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer) c. Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 d. Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) e. Strong knowledge in Power Platform. 2. Soft Skills: a. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail b. Strong communication and collaboration skills c. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Nice to Have: a. Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform b. Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Dynamics, Teams) c. Experience leading technical teams or projects d.
