Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS SCM Technical Consultant Location: Anywhere in the US (Travel required) Duration: 12-Month Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EBS SCM Technical Consultant to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules, along with proven experience in production support and solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: Functional: Provide support in understanding business and client requirements, recommending solution approaches, and documenting detailed design frameworks. Demonstrate a deep understanding of SCM module functional areas, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Manufacturing (MFG), and Planning. Manage the production support process, including issue triaging and root cause analysis. Liaise with business teams and other stakeholders to document business requirements and coordinate with offshore teams. Lead business and solution discussions, conduct fit-gap analysis, and drive solution design and milestone testing. Oversee cutover, data conversions, go-live activities, and ongoing production support. Visualize dependencies, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business training, and testing support. Technical: Design, code, and unit test technical solutions according to requirements. Conduct code reviews in collaboration with Technical Leads and DBA teams. Prepare migration documents and support code migration activities. Address reported incidents, work on enhancements, and manage code migrations to higher instances. Assist with dry runs, instance preparation, and retesting as needed. Develop and maintain Web ADI, Workflow, Reports, Forms, and extensions. Utilize PL/SQL, Advanced PL/SQL, and XML Publisher for technical development. Develop mobile forms as required. Must-Have Skills: Extensive knowledge of SCM modules (OM/INV/PO/MFG/Planning). Proficiency with support tools such as ServiceNow. Willingness to work in support projects and shifts as needed. Strong capability in triaging production issues and performing root cause analysis. Excellent communication and consulting skills Expertise in Oracle EBS Applications technical environment. Experience with Web ADI, Workflow, Reports, Forms, and extension development. Proficient in PL/SQL, Advanced PL/SQL, XML Publisher. Mobile Forms Development experience. Experience with support tools such as ServiceNow.
