Exposure to Financial CRM must have skill Experience in MS Azure for deployment and releases Set up best practices, standards, and guidelines for solution implementation. Designing POCs and driving innovation Reviewing proposals, providing estimates, and recommending the best process solutions Leading multi-location (involves multiple onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams), multi-technology (ABAP, FIORI, Middleware, Analytics), multi-vendor teams Build Proof of Concepts and providing estimates for the work Build and maintain the complex project plan for the entire technical team coordinating with the Process Teams, Testing Teams, and site teams for status updates. Manage operational performance improvements while assuring process consistency, adherence to business controls, and team performance. Lead efforts in crisis management, continuous improvement, and prevention of recurring problems. Participate in negotiations on new opportunities, resolution of business-critical issues, or service scope changes.
